Agreement to Terms

By registering for and using SiteTractor.ca (“Site”), members agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated as needed; continued use of the Site after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.

Membership and Access

• SiteTractor.ca is a private, membership-only site where posts and internal communications are visible only to registered users within approved groups.
• Users must provide accurate information during registration; accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse or providing false information.

Acceptable Use

• Members must not engage in abusive, defamatory, or illegal behavior, including posting offensive content or misusing messaging features.
• All messaging and posts must remain within designated groups; attempts to circumvent visibility restrictions may result in removal from the Site.

Privacy and Data

• User information is protected in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy.
• No data will be sold or shared with advertisers or outside parties except as required by law or for security.
• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own login credentials.

Content and Intellectual Property

• Public-facing pages are managed exclusively by Site administrators; members may not create new public pages.
• All original content posted by members within groups remains owned by the respective member but may be retained by SiteTractor.ca as part of group history.

Termination

• SiteTractor.ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms, misuse, or security risks.
• Members may request account deletion; SiteTractor.ca retains data only as required for compliance or legitimate operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

• SiteTractor.ca is provided “as is” and without warranties. The Site is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from use of its services.

Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
